Treehaven Investment Properties, Inc. was founded in 2016. We handle full-spectrum management of approximately 100 units in Berkeley and San Francisco. By providing a scalable service we are able to provide customized service for owners. We have a crew of talented repair-people, plumbers, electricians and staff to meet the needs of our properties, tenants and owners.

We value positive relationships with tenants, vendors and government agencies using clear communication, politeness and diligence.

In addition to property management, we are able to offer Family Office Management for groups that own real estate in different entities such as Trusts and LLCs.
